    R8 transmitter trainer port pinout

    Hello there,

it's Christian from Berlin again and i have a pinout question again.
It is winter in Berlin and I would like to use the R8 transmitter at the simulator. I would like to use the free software smartpropoplus. Here, the PPM signal from the Trainer port is switched to the microphone input on the PC. I have already built a cable, but unfortunately it does not work yet. I guess it is at the pin assignment. Therefore, question, on which pin the PPM signal is applied, if at all. What settings do I have to make on the transmitter?

The winter months are definitely a good time to do practicing indoors.

Thank you Jamie! I found another solution instead of smartpropoplus. I simply bought this tiny USB-Dongle and it works very well for the R8 radio with different simulators
