We wanted to share this story with you. An inspiring young family took our Navigator 250 all the way with them during their winter skiing trip just recently. It wasn’t just this average kind of trip, no, not at all, it was the adventurous type, where those guys had to climb snow covered hills and carry whatever needed with them. How cool is that!
The Navigator 250, modified by Linus, the 17-year-old Navigator pilot, to carry a 2-axis front gimbal and front facing action camera, was used to record aerial shots in high altitudes, extreme icy and cold weather conditions. Linus, who carried the Navigator in its original box on his back while climbing the snow covered mountains was so kind to share a few images and a video link with us. This must have been an awesome adventure for you guys!
Linus told us that the Navigator withstood these harsh conditions without any hiccups, performed well while being carried uphill or on its way downhill attached only to the back of Linus or of course while recording video material. This must have been an extremely exciting trip. The video and the images certainly tell a great story. Incredible how the Navigator 250, packed in its original box, was carried by Linus on his back up- and downhill.
Thank you Linus and your family for sharing this inspiring experience with us and allowing us to share your material with our community!
